I often get asked why type of mats I am using near my bench that is located in the garage. I tell people they are the same mats that the people in our kitchen use.  Cement floors can get harsh on your knees, especially if you are standing on it all day long.  My work environment is a multi purpose room that simply has a thin carpet over cement.  Advil has become my best friend.

Just ran across Garage Floor Paint and ran the review. It made a lot of sense in the fact that if you want to change to appearance of your garage floor a simple way to do that is paint it. You are not going to use the typical paint you find at your local paint store, instead they use epoxy paint.
